EFR-Business Week 2006, April 20-27

This year the EFR-Business Week 2006 will again be opened in a  spectacular way, and will set the tone for the rest of the week. The theme of this year's EFR-Business Week, Impact - Global Shift of Powers, is shared with the students and provides a base for the activities that will take place at the other days.

More than 900 students will get an indication of the challenges that are facing today's multinationals, governments and society as a whole. In the past, this day has been the platform where world leaders share their views concerning a specific topic. At this year's Opening Day (20 April) we are very honoured to welcome some of the world's greatest leaders and businessmen, such as Mr. Barroso, Mr. Balkenende, Mr. Tillerson, Mr. Erdoğan , Mr. Boutros-Ghali and Mr. Verwaayen. Ever since its first edition, the Opening Day has evolved into an event on itself by allowing renowned speakers to interact with the students of the Erasmus University.
