Erasmus SmartPort Rotterdam B.V. is the company that runs the Master of Science programme in Maritime Economics and Logistics (MEL). It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Erasmus Holding B.V., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Erasmus SmartPort Rotterdam B.V. is the new name (as of 25 August 2011) of MELEUR B.V. MELEUR and "Center for Maritime Economics and Logistics" are registered tradenames for ESPR B.V.

ESPR B.V. provides an organisational framework for the Smart Port project.
